Objectives

Deutsche Telekom, a leader in fiber optics, is building its own system for mapping every fiber path. It is the biggest system we have ever seen, and Telekom needed help with the IAM Red Hat SSO (Keycloak) solution inside it, along with a large backlog of tasks across OpenStack, AWS and Keycloak.

Solution

Michal, Patrik and Andrej joined the IAM team and worked through the adaptation period. Once up to speed, they cleared backlog tasks and helped the team deliver the required functionality. They found their way around the complex Telekom infrastructure and CI/CD ecosystem.

Technologies used: Red Hat SSO, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Pulumi, Kubernetes operators and OpenShift.
